Delicious Blended Fat Dairy Free Chai Tea Latte
Hi ladies, this is Staci today chiming in on the blended fat beverages! Briana is our coffee lover and I am GJWT resident tea drinker so it makes sense for me to share one of my favorite go to morning beverages with you.
Blended fat coffee is a great way to start your day and jump your metabolism, unless you don’t like coffee (yeah, I said it don't judge!). Also, if you’re dairy free, like me or vegan you may be avoiding trying blended fat drinks because of the butter. (Learn more about my 30 lbs weight loss journey, half of which came from when I gave up dairy- listen here!). However, you can still can get all of the benefits of blended fat without coffee or dairy with this delicious chai tea latte recipe.
The Quick Swaps:
Instead of coffee you can substitute tea and if you’re dairy free or vegan you can use raw coconut butter instead of butter.
1 Tbsp. Raw Coconut Butter
3 Tbsp. Non-Dairy Milk of choice (I use unsweet vanilla almond milk)
Dash of cinnamon
Drop of Vanilla extract
Blend all of the ingredients in a glass jar blender or use immersion blender. Careful when blending HOT liquids - start on low power with lid securely on!!!! Sprinkle some extra cinnamon on top and enjoy! Girls Just Want To... Sip Chai and lose fat!
