Return & Exchange Policy
We follow a 14-day return policy during which a customer must inform us that they would like to return an item. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.
If any item was received damaged or defective you can return the items as long as any claims are placed within 5 days of the item being received.
After you contact us we will supply you with the return information. For standard returns with no legitimate issues, there may be a shipping fee assessed. However, if the item you received was damaged or not matching the description on our website, the supplier will pay the return shipping fees.
Once the items have been received back to the supplier within 14 days of receiving return instructions, your refund will be automatically processed through Paypal.
Shipping times may vary due to fulfillment and transit times from our suppliers. We use USA made and shipped products as often as possible to speed transit time and support the USA's independent brands and manufacturers, but in some instances, our items may come from abroad in places like Brazil or Europe. If you have not received your order within 7-10 business days of it being placed, please contact us directly.
